This website, pulpofficial.com (the "Site"), is operated by Pulp Naturals Enterprises Private Limited ("Pulp", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Plot 220, Patparganj Village Delhi 110091. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and complete.

2. Products and pricing

  • We try to show colours, images and descriptions accurately, but colours may vary slightly with your screen, and small differences in print placement or fabric wash are normal for the products we sell.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount in full.

3. Orders and acceptance Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund it in full.

4. Payments We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available). Online payments are processed by Razorpay and other third-party payment providers, and Pulp does not store your card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property The Pulp name, logo, designs, images, text and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Pulp Naturals Enterprises Private Limited and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names, marks and artwork that appear on products or in images belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied unless we say so.

7. User conduct You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Promotions and discount codes Offers and codes are valid for the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may withdraw an offer if we suspect misuse.

9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Pulp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Third-party links The Site may link to third-party websites or marketplaces. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at [New Delhi] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Site at the time of your order applies to it.
