Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check availability. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within [1-2] business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During sale periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping charges
- Orders below Rs. 999: flat shipping fee of Rs. 99
- Orders of Rs. 999 and above: free shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on serviceable PIN codes [up to a maximum order value of Rs. [2999]]. [A COD handling fee of Rs. [100] applies.] We may call or message you to confirm COD orders, and unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
Order tracking Once your order ships, we send tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track it using the link in your confirmation email.
Delivery attempts and undelivered orders Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery up to [3] times. If the order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us. For prepaid orders we will refund the amount after deducting shipping charges. For COD orders, we may restrict future COD orders.
Wrong address Please check your address and phone number carefully. Pulp is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Damaged in transit If your package looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within [48 hours]
